What We Do & Who We Serve

Services

Every service we provide is grounded in the same philosophy: understand behavior within the environment where it occurs, design interventions that people can actually implement, and build lasting change through practical, evidence-based systems.

Qualys Learning Group helps organizations solve complex behavioral challenges through clinical expertise, behavioral systems design, staff development, and long-term partnership — moving well beyond traditional ABA service delivery into strategic behavioral consultation.

Our services are delivered through a Clinical Partnership Model for behavioral health organizations and residential operators, and direct contract services for school districts and families. RBT credentialing and supervision is included with every clinical engagement, and Staffing Solutions is available across both when your needs extend beyond your current team.

White Label

Clinical Partnership Model

Qualys Learning Group functions as the clinical backbone for behavioral health companies and residential operators supporting individuals in Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes — delivering a full suite of Applied Behavior Analytic services on a white label basis under our partner's brand.

This is not a referral relationship. This is a full clinical partnership — Qualys Learning Group operates as the behavioral services division for the organizations we support, handling everything from initial assessment through ongoing program management, staff development, and quality assurance.

Our EBSH services are led by a Quality Behavior Management Professional — a DDS-designated credential requiring Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification — ensuring every home we support meets the clinical and regulatory standards required for Enhanced Behavioral Support. We also support our partners through DDS quality assurance and audit preparation, ensuring clinical documentation and program integrity meet regulatory requirements.

Assessments are conducted where behavior actually occurs. Plans are designed around the staff responsible for implementing them. Progress is continuously monitored, measured, and refined to ensure interventions remain practical, sustainable, and effective under naturally occurring high-pressure scenarios.

What the Clinical Partnership Model Includes

  • Functional Behavior Assessments conducted within the residential environment

  • Individual Behavior Support Plan development and ongoing updates

  • Crisis prevention planning and safety protocols

  • Program implementation and ongoing clinical oversight

  • Behavior Skills Training for residential staff teams

  • RBT credentialing and RBT coordination services

  • RBT supervision and treatment integrity monitoring

  • Monthly treatment team meetings and clinical reporting

  • Environmental modification and proactive behavior support

The Qualys Difference

Our job is not simply to write behavior plans. Our responsibility is to strengthen the capacity of every staff member responsible for implementing them — building the confidence, consistency, and clinical judgment that ultimately improves quality of life for the individuals they support. We have sustained clinical partnerships measured in years — because outcomes speak louder than proposals.

School Based Behavioral Health Services

SBBH

For school districts seeking a collaborative, compliance-oriented clinical partner to support students with behavioral and emotional needs.

Qualys Learning Group partners with school districts as an internal behavior support resource — supporting IEP compliance, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, and developing Individual Behavior Support Plans that meet FAPE requirements and reflect evidence-based best practice.

We help districts fulfill their legal obligations to students with behavioral needs while keeping the student — and their outcomes — at the center of every decision. We work alongside special education directors, teachers, and support staff — bringing clinical precision to the behavioral challenges districts face every day, reducing litigation risk through compliant and well-documented behavioral programming.

  • Functional Behavior Assessments for students with behavioral and emotional needs

  • Individual Behavior Support Plan development aligned with IEP requirements

  • Classroom Behavior Management Plan development

  • School-Wide Positive Behavior Support consultation

1:1 Behavior Coaching & Habit Change Protocols

For students who need more than a behavior plan — they need someone in their corner.

Qualys Learning Group provides individualized behavior coaching and evidence-based habit change protocols for students who are at risk, navigating learning disabilities, or managing mental health challenges that interfere with their ability to engage, attend, and succeed in school.

This is targeted, relationship-driven clinical support delivered directly to the student within the school environment. We work to build the self-regulation skills, coping strategies, attendance habits, and behavioral patterns that allow students to show up, participate, and move forward.

Student absenteeism and disengagement continue to rise — particularly at the secondary level. Our individualized coaching model addresses these behavioral patterns by helping students build the habits, self-regulation skills, and daily routines that support consistent attendance, engagement, and long-term success.
