Join the Qualys Network
Qualys Learning Group is expanding and we are looking for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts who want to do meaningful clinical work — without the administrative burden that typically comes with it.
Current opportunities available in the San Francisco Bay Area and across Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties.
Why Qualys Learning Group
A Practice Worth Joining
We built the infrastructure so you can focus on what you trained to do — the clinical work.
Qualys Learning Group is a boutique Applied Behavior Analytic practice with over 30 years of clinical leadership. We are not a large agency. We are a high-touch, clinically driven team that takes on a small number of the right people and supports them exceptionally well.
If you are a BCBA who is tired of unsustainable caseloads, endless insurance billing, and administrative systems that get in the way of clinical work — this is worth a conversation.
◎
No Insurance Billing
Zero insurance billing requirements. Your time stays focused on clinical work — not claims, authorizations, or documentation systems designed for billing departments.
◎
Hybrid & Flexible
A streamlined hybrid model with remote and onsite flexibility. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available depending on your goals and availability.
◎
Small Caseloads
4 to 8 clients in residential settings — high-acuity work that deserves real attention. School-based caseloads run 8 to 12.
◎
Administrative Efficiency
Systems are already in place for data collection, RBT hour tracking, and progress reporting. Less administrative friction means more time doing what you do best.
◎
Indirect Hours Reimbursed
Your indirect clinical hours are reimbursable. Program development, supervision, team meetings, and documentation time is recognized and compensated.b
◎
Above Market Compensation
Compensation is above market. We attract strong clinicians by making the role worth having — not just the credential worth holding.
The Work
You Step Into a System That Is Already Working
No building from scratch. No figuring out the clinical infrastructure alone.
Every Qualys Learning Group engagement is built on a foundation of completed assessments, developed behavior support plans, trained RBT teams, and individuals who are already making measurable progress. You are joining a clinical operation — not starting one.
Our Environmental Intelligence™ Framework means you are working inside environments that have already been assessed, structured, and optimized for implementation. The teams around your clients know the protocols. The data systems are running. Your role is to maintain clinical excellence, update programming, supervise your RBTs, and drive outcomes forward.
What the Role Looks Like Day to Day
Ongoing program implementation and updates across a small, well-supported caseload. RBT supervision and treatment integrity monitoring. Monthly treatment team participation. Clinical documentation within streamlined systems. Collaboration with a senior clinical team that has been doing this work for over 30 years.
